Anyway, got up and went to work out. About 10 minutes into it I was super tired! (I slept terrible last night) And my mind kept saying, you have done so well, you can just stop now. Then I decided to tell myself to shut up. I just shut that part of my brain up...got lost in Will & Grace and ignored that part of my brain. The next thing I knew, I was done! 27 minutes later and I felt great.
I have so much to do today and know I can get it all done. Just need to buckle down and get on it!

Those days, when you can shut yourself up and finish your work out, are the best days. They give you added confidence. A new motivation. Knowing that you can do it even when you don't feel like it.

I am so proud of you for making it to 11 lbs! AND because you continue to inspire me I am going to do that 6 minute ab workout video I downloaded! THANKS AGAIN! Great job pushing yourself through the tiredness. You told yourself that having a healthy body was worth a little bit of tiredness. Looks like you are rewiring your brain towards maintaining a healthy body. And btw...I will probably have a three year old come jump on my stomach while I am doing my ab workout but oh well...I will try to push through too :)
So of course the 6 min ab workout vid didn't download but the 10 min one did LOL So I did that one instead. Kind of embarrassing how hard it was!!! Oh well. Getting stronger 1 day at a time.
